Culinary: How to Form a Perfect Patty
Overworking the ground meat makes burgers tough. To make a patty perfect, create a small well in the center.

Nutrition: Avocado:
Hass avocados contain heart-healthy monosaturated fat. They are a good source of fiber. The creamy, pale green flesh has a rich, nutty flavor.

Make it Gluten Free: Dependent on using a Gluten Free taco seasoning mix.
