
 1  container Siggi's 2% vanilla yogurt
 ¼ cup milk
 ¼ cup canned pumpkin
 ½  banana, frozen
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ¾ tsp ground turmeric
 ½ tsp ground ginger
 ¼ tsp ground clove
 a pinch of nutmeg
 ice

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again to desired thickness.
