4garlic cloves, minced

12ozpeach and mango fruit cups in coconut water

Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
In small bowl, stir garlic, 2 tablespoons cilantro, oil, seasoning and ½ teaspoon kosher salt; rub over pork chops and let stand 15 minutes.

In large bowl, toss fruit cups, tomatoes, pepper, onion, lime zest and remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro. Makes about 3½ cups.

Place pork chops on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until grill marks appear and internal temperature reaches 145°, turning once. Serve pork chops topped with salsa.
Dietitian Tip: Add some fi ber and B vitamins by serving these delicious pork chops alongside a whole grain such as farro, or a microwavable rice blend for a really easy side.
