Assemble meal prep bowls by adding the following to each: ½ cup prepared chicken, ½ cup shredded lettuce, ¼ cup sliced onions, ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, 3 tbsp feta cheese, 3 tbsp tzatziki sauce, and ¼ cup cooked brown rice. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
