0.50recipe of basic pizza dough
olive oil, to brush the dough
1apple or pear, core removed and sliced thin
½cupblue cheese, crumbled
½cupwalnuts, roughly chopped
1lemon, zested
freshly ground black pepper

Preheat your grill to high.

Brush olive oil on the surface that's facing up, then flip the dough onto the grill. Turn the heat to medium, close the lid and cook until grill marks appear, about 3 minutes. Flip the dough over and spread apple (or pear) slices over it.

Sprinkle blue cheese over the apples (or pears) and top with walnuts.

Close the grill's lid and cook for about 5 minutes more, or until the cheese has melted.

Remove from the grill and sprinkle with the lemon zest and a few grinds of black pepper.
