Allergy Friendly Cookie Mix Gift Jar

 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt
 ½ cup dairy-free semisweet chocolate chips
 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
 ½ cup granulated sugar
  cup sweetened flaked coconut
 ½ cup packed brown sugar
 ¼ cup egg substitute
 1 stick dairy-free butter
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Gift Jar: Into 1-quart (32-ounce) wide-mouth glass jar, layer all ingredients in the order listed, packing as necessary. Seal jar; add festive decorations and a label.

Write the following baking directions on an index card and attach to the gift jar. Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. In large microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup (1 stick) dairy-free butter in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Add 1/4 cup egg substitute and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; with whisk, stir until well blended. Add contents of jar; stir until dough is moist and well blended. Drop dough by rounded measuring tablespoons, 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 13 minutes or until edges are set and bottoms brown. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
