Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes. In large bowl, toss carrots, asparagus, radishes, oil, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon each kosher salt and pepper; air fry 10 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in garlic; air-fry 3 minutes or until vegetables are golden brown and tender. stirring once. Makes about 4 cups.
Serve vegetables sprinkled with cheese and pistachios.
