68 cups Romaine or Butter Lettuce, chopped
1 red onion, peeled and chopped
2 zucchini, chopped
1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved
2 ears of corn, shucked
2 cups grilled chicken, sliced or chopped
green goddess dressing, for serving

If desired, saute onion, zucchini and corn for 3-5 minutes in a few tsp of olive oil to deepen flavors. Let cool.
