2medium zucchini, sliced diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
2Roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise

Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Place sausages on hot grill rack; cover and cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning frequently. About 8 minutes before sausages are done, place zucchini, tomatoes and buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cook zucchini and tomatoes 8 minutes, turning once, and buns 2 minutes or until grill marks appear.

Place salsa in small dish in center of large serving platter; arrange sausages, zucchini, tomato and buns around salsa along with ketchup and/or mustard, if desired.
Chef Tips: Customize this dish by substituting pork sausage with turkey sausage links or plant-based brats and/or adding grilled corn or yellow and orange bell peppers.
