Grilled Caesar Burgers

 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
 ¼ cup shredded parmesan
 3 tbsp creamy light caesar dressing
 3 tbsp garlic–herb seasoned bread crumbs
 ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns, split
  Additional Caesar dressing, roasted red pepper strips, lettuce leaves (optional)

In a medium bowl combine beef, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, bread crumbs and red pepper flakes; mix well. Form into 4 patties about 3/4-inch thick.

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Grill, covered, 4 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Place burgers in buns. Top with additional dressing, red pepper strips and lettuce (if desired), and serve.

Make it a meal: Serve with sweet potato chips and cubed melon.

Culinary: Caesar Dressing
Traditional Caesar salad dressing is made by mixing egg yolks, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, anchovies and olive oil.
