
1 box of farfalle pasta
1 jar of creamy Genovese pesto
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup mozzarella, diced
½ cup multi-color cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups spinach
1 cup small green peas, thawed
1 lemon, juiced
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Cook pasta 1 minute less than package directions, drain, toss with olive oil, and cool down on a sheet tray.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl toss all ingredients. Add pasta, season with salt and pepper and serve.
