Egg Roll in a Bowl

 2 tsp sesame oil
 ¼ cup thinly sliced white onion
 2 garlic cloves, minced
 ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
 ½ lb 93% lean ground turkey
 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
 7 oz classic coleslaw mix
 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 2 tsp less-sodium soy sauce
 1 green onion, sliced

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add white onion; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger; cook and stir 1 minute. Add turkey and chili garlic sauce; cook and stir 5 minutes or until turkey is browned, breaking up turkey with side of spoon.

Add coleslaw mix, vinegar, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste; cook and stir 5 minutes or until coleslaw is crisp-tender. Makes about 3½ cups.

Serve turkey mixture sprinkled with green onion.
