Banana Cherry Smoothie

Yields4 Servings
1 cup organic cherries
2 medium bananas
8 oz plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1Rinse cherries and drain on paper towels.
2Remove seeds, then spread on a baking tray.
3Peel the bananas, slice thickly and add to the baking tray.
4Put in freezer and freeze until solid.
5Remove tray from freezer and place the banana slices and cherries in a blender.
6Add remaining ingredients.
8Pour into glasses and serve.
How to Select:
Select firm, red cherries with stems attached. Avoid soft, shriveled or blemished cherries.
How to Store:
Refrigerate cherries for up to 10 days.
