Rao’s Turkey Cacciatore

Yields 8 Servings Quarter (2 Servings) Half (4 Servings) Default (8 Servings) Double (16 Servings) Triple (24 Servings)
3 cups shredded turkey meat
½ cup chicken broth
24 oz RAO’S HOMEMADE® mushroom & pepper sauce
2 cups fresh or frozen peas
2 tbsp chopped parsley
kosher salt to taste
1 Combine shredded turkey, Rao’s Homemade® Garden Vegetable Sauce, wine, broth, salt, and pepper in a large pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
2 Add peas. Cook for 2 minutes.
3 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with crusty bread.
