8 oz pad Thai rice noodles
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 ½ tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp fresh grated ginger
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 Prepare noodles as label directs; drain.
2 In large bowl, whisk garlic, soy sauce, oil, sesame seeds and ginger; add noodles and toss. Makes about 3 cups
3 Serve noodles sprinkled with onions.
