Preheat oven to 400°; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir cheeses and spinach. Makes about 4 cups.
In prepared dish, layer 1 cup sauce, 2 pasta sheets and 1⅓ cups cheese mixture; repeat layers twice.
Bake lasagna 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, and top is bubbling and golden brown; cut into 6 pieces.
