Apple Pie Overnight Oats

 ½ cup rolled oats
 ¼ cup milk
 ¼ cup Siggi’s 4% vanilla yogurt
 ¼ cup apple, grated
 ½ tsp maple syrup, plus more for garnish (optional)
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp chia seeds
 walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped, for garnish

In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, skyr, apple, maple syrup, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Stir until well mixed, then refrigerate overnight. Before serving, garnish with walnuts and an extra drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
