Apple Harvest Salad

1 large pear, cored and sliced thinly

1 package spring mix

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup sliced beets (optional)

½ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup crumbled goat cheese

½ cup prepared apple cider vinaigrette

Toss all ingredients with apple cider dressing until salad is well mixed.
